Resource groups are employee-led groups focused on a particular characteristic. They foster an inclusive workplace by providing personal and professional development opportunities through the lens of their affinity.

Inclusion  – is what we aim for to foster our sense of belonging and for all of us to thrive.

Inclusion is recognising, embracing and celebrating differences, not ignoring them. It involves a commitment to learning and creating a work environment where all associates can be and contribute their authentic selves without judgment or reservation, where they feel heard and valued.

Elevate is a TD SYNNEX business resource group dedicated to attracting, retaining and advancing women. Our goal is to empower women to thrive in their personal and professional lives through support from our co-workers, channel partners, and community relationships in alignment with our stated Elevate objectives.

Elevate UK&I objectives:

  • Elevate is dedicated to supporting the UK&I's strategy to improve the gender balance throughout the organisation by end of FY25, in particular in leadership roles.
  • Recognition of our female co-workers and allies through annual Women in TD SYNNEX Awards.
  • Education and awareness through policy enhancements, training and recruitment processes.

Limitless is our Business Resource Group dedicated to creating an environment that welcomes, celebrates and nurtures difference & disability, where everyone is valued for their individuality and strengths, and is able to flourish by being authentically themselves, without limits.

As a group we will aim to:

  • Provide a community to support co-workers with resources and understanding – whether seeking support for themselves, family or in the workplace
  • Develop a network of allies, we will build on strengths of all and support the needs of everyone – creating an environment that recognises capabilities and removes biases around the ‘norm’.
  • Raising awareness of disabilities, aiming to support co-workers with an increased understanding of the varied benefits and advantages that diversity brings; therefore, supporting the DE&I priorities of TD SYNNEX and the recruitment and development of an increasingly diverse workforce.​
