This exciting journey kicks off with a comprehensive Sales Academy programme in either Bracknell or Basingstoke. “The Academy” is TD SYNNEX’s tried and tested methodology that gives employees the best possible start to their career in sales. The Academy engages you directly with the core of the sales role and the understanding you will need, who and what TD SYNNEX is, what you will be selling, the systems that support you and the processes that enable you to work with your colleagues. Lastly, as you would expect, we develop and coach you to sell!
With our 4 week intensive Academy programme undertaken, new employees can expect continuous support over the months that follow whilst gradually embracing their new role in IT sales. On-the-job coaching and more structured training, both internally and with the vendors of products TD SYNNEX buy from, ensures a continual growth in the role and with it your confidence and motivation to succeed.
